Abstract: The theoretical problems of fuzzy knowledges representation, decision making on the basis of fuzzy relational model of knowledge representation on distributed area are considered at the present article. Are considered the fuzzy relational model of knowledges representation with subject to properties, temporal and spacial characteristics of objects, also the problem of a decision making on the basis of alternatives with fuzzy relations of preference which are being available for choice. The Bellman-Zadeh approach is applied for this purpose. There is considered the problem of collective decision making with subject to competence of decision-makers and is offered the method of choice non-dominant alternative on base of fuzzy preference. Also is researched the adaptation problem of fuzzy knowledge bases and is used the method of penalties and premiums for solving this problem. Further, are analysed features of offered methods and models for the distributed area, fragmentation methods of knowledge bases - horizontal and vertical fragmentation, and also decision making methods on distributed knowledge bases.
