Abstract: A computer program for solution of inverse problem of potentiodynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (PDEIS) has been developed and integrated with virtual instruments of PDEIS spectrometer. The spectrometer gives, in a single potential scan, a dependence of real and imaginary impedance of electrochemical system on frequency and electrode potential. The built-in analyser processes the multivariate data and decomposes the total response into responses of constituents related with different elements of equivalent electric circuits. As a result of the decomposition, parameters of different processes are obtained and presented as functions of the potential, which enables separate monitoring of simultaneously proceeding interdependent processes on electrochemical interface.
