Band And Point Statistical Estimation Of Channel-Forming Polypeptides Potential (pp. 111-118)

Abstract: The algorithm of electrostatic potential adequate statistical estimation in channel-forming polypeptides of biological and model membranes was created. We have obtained the formula, defining potential's area of true values, which is explained by X-ray diffraction and NMR experimental errors of polypeptides atomic coordinates. The offered approach allows: 1. to conduct demonstrative band matching of polypeptides potential distributions; 2. to obtain an adequate cumulative distribution function of polypeptides potential; 3. to conduct demonstrative anti-aliasing of local maximums and minimums of polypeptides potential.
