The monitoring (ecology and toxicology) of pesticides presence in a soil results in a set of heterogeneous information regarding: the number and the kind of weed plant in sowing of different cultures, the term of herbicide presence in agrosystem components, the ecological loading, etc. For pesticides impact assessment of agrosystem offered combined evaluation of scale that include ecological-agrochemical parameters (physicalchemical properties, solubility in water and organic solvents, DT50 and etc.) and toxicological-hygienic parameters (LD50, ADI and etc.). The scheme of the structuring and analysis of data for several pesticides was designed. The initial data are entered in working area of the tables formed in the program Excel and STATISTICA. Then they are subjected to mathematical processing. The basic methods are dispersion and correlation analysis. Then information is imported to a database "Herbicide 99" (been created on the basis of MS ACCESS 97 program). Now, we keep in database information about 304 active ingredients, which are herbicides (162 preparations), fungicides (90 preparations) and insecticides (87 preparations). Database allows (with the help of the integrated tools) to spend additional mathematical processing of data, to query the searches and to receive the reports about necessary information. For example, it is possible to create the report about average values of productivity, increase of a crop and ecological loading on different cultures with respect to the place of application herbicides. This method helps the researcher to apply herbicides in practice, to perform the operative management of agrosystem regarding the greatest degree of safety for an environment. The behaviour of herbicides (metsulfuron-methyl, prosulfuron, rimsulfuron, sulfometuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron, imazapyr, imazethapyr and imazamox) in agrosystem was investigated applying database data as well as the own experimental data (the green house and the laboratory experiments).
