Abstract: A 70 year old female patient with stage IV metastatic bone breast cancer presented with impending fracture. Unfortunately the patient was not a candidate for surgery. Therefore, the lesion was treated with palliative radiotherapy and the follow up imaging showed healing and remineralization.
