Development of the Method of Correction of Hidden Desynchronosis Using Supplements Containing Resveratrol (pp. 163-165)

Abstract: The apparent mismatch of biological circadian rhythms (CR) of the human body between themselves and with the rhythms of the environment – desynchro-nosis, is an indicator of many pathological processes [1, 2]. Latent desynchronosis is characterized by the presence of objective disorders of the circadian system of the body without subjective symptoms of distress. In addition to the lack of reliable rhythms of physiological functions, according to our earlier data, symptoms of latent desynchronosis can include symptoms such as: high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure at rest more than 130 mmHg); with low blood pressure (blood pressure alone at less than 110 mmHg); hypoxia - saturation indicators (SpO2) of less than 95%; high voltage index of regulatory processes (stress index - SI, according to R. M. Baevsky, more than 150 conventional units); sleep disturbance (nightly increase in heart rate up to 90 beats/min. more than 3 times) .
One of the methods for the correction of desynchronosis is the use of the dietary supplements (DS). DS “Grand Family” Resox® “(capsules weighing 0.3 g) (DS) contains grape seed powder, resveratrol powder, 20%. Grape grains serve as a source of vitamins E, A, C, B vitamins, vitamin PP, as well as phosphorus, calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium. Resveratrol is a polyphonic bioflavonoid with antioxidant properties. This study aims to find out the effects of nutritional supplements such as resveratrol on heart rate variability in patients with sleep disorders.
