The circle of the factors of the external environment influencing an organism is very wide. The special place in their row belongs to physical activity. It is known that its dosed influence has the ability to optimize activity not only bone and muscular, but also vegetative and visceral devices of an organism. At the same time, all hierarchy of supplying of oxygen of an organism takes part in adaptation reorganizations against the background of physical activity, the intensity of both power, and plastic processes changes. The important place in adaptive reactions of an organism in these conditions is taken also by the system of blood and hemoglobin [1, 2]. At physical activity of change in the system of a hemostasis have multidirectional character. It is known that along with plasma and fabric links of a coagulative hemostasis take part in processes of hemocoagulation and a fibrin as well uniform elements of blood. Each blood cell represents a self-regulating system. In this regard, study impact of physical activity on uniform elements and hemoglobin of blood of rats was the purpose of our researches.
