Abstract:
The obtained results of the research allow us to state that in the sport of higher achievements, male and female athletes have a different mechanism of adaptation reactions. When studying the biorhythmological features of circadian rhythms during the competitive period, we revealed the relationship of physiological rhythm spectra in male parachutists. It leads to synchronization of rhythms and more successful adaptation. In women, we showed desynchronosis and impaired adaptation processes during the competition. Harmonious coordination of rhythms occurs in men with a gradual transition to the resources of the body, in women - with a violation of adaptive systems. It observed in the early days of the competition, but then a quick recovery follows.
