The smartphone-based Home Doctor and Teacher device is designed to be used in the home to improve vision, hearing, diagnose and predict the current condition of elderly and sick patients, as well as control the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment and optimization of the training load in athletes. It is complete with one or more programs: 1. “Home Teacher” for bio-management training with presentation of visual and auditory information in the rhythms of heart rate and breathing of the learner, which increases the speed, volume and strength of remember. 2. “Consonance” for automation of yoga and other types of breathing gymnastics. Breathing, adjusted by the persons themselves on the duration of inhalation, exhalation and delays after inhalation and exhalation by the number of pulse beats, as seen on the smartphone screen, allows as a result of such training to get the necessary result of overall recovery, normalization of a person's condition. 3. “View” to relieve visual fatigue, prevent and eliminate functional visual impairment. 4. “Sound” to prevent and eliminate functional hearing impairment. 5. “Chronodiagnosis” for recording inter-pulse and breathing intervals and their relationship in order to diagnose the functional state of a person, predict adverse reactions and optimize the training load in athletes. This presentation aims to discuss the use of a mobile phone for assessment of heart rate, breathing, hearing, vision and some of the lifestyle factors.
