Abstract:
An unfavorable environmental situation, especially regarding to electromagnetic radiation of household appliances that violate the natural bio-rhythms of the cell, reducing the electrical potential of cell membranes, combined with increased radiation background, low quality of drinking water and other harmful environmental influences, all those factors bring damage to cell organs, up to mutation cell DNA [1-3]. Therefore, the time has come to make new decisions to find out this damage for health promotion and increased life expectancy. There is an unmet need for new technologies that are effective and affordable for the majority of the population. Many scientists have proposed that there is no concept of “aging of the body”, but there is an ever-increasing number of diseases in the elderly for the reasons described above. The main reasons may be a decrease in imm-unity and an insufficient amount of oxygen brought into the cell. Particles of infrared radiation emitted by biological objects, first discovered by Russian biologist A. G. Gurvich and later called biophotons by the German physicist Fritz-Albert Popp, play a very important role in intracellular metabolism and restoration of biorhythms in affected cells [1-3]. The drug we use contributes to a significant increase in the production of biophotons in the affected cells, which restore its biorhythm [4, 5]. This occurs under the influence of oxygen released because of activation of chlorin E-6 derivatives. Thus, we manage to deliver oxygen to cells that are anaerobes, which could be more efficacious if administered as chronotherapy. This review aims to highlight the role of biophotons in the physiological functions, and pathogenesis of cell damage, which may predispose chronic diseases.
