This book is intended to discuss the latest mobile interface design beyond the desktop interface design environment, an area of research that is increasingly seeing new developments and techniques in both the academic and practitioner’s fields. It comprises many years industrial experience and research in the field of mobile user interfaces. One purpose of the book is to disseminate thoughts about; the challenges and practical experience of the design of mobile interfaces, current developments in mobile product experiences in academia and industry, current methods and approaches to mobile interface development, and the current economic and social context of mobile interface development.
